We also add 12 gauge HD Vertical tubes on each end that would make this weight even higher. Compared to galvanized steel of 1000 lbs per 16" Aluminum is the clear choice as it will never rust or decay and is still 10 times stronger than the weight an outdoor kitchen needs.
